Pin notes with any specific instruction on the
front of your quilt. |

| Top: |
|
Please place pin at the top of the quilt top front
and at the top
of the backing. |

|
|
| Backing: |
|
Backing must be at least 4 to 5 inches larger then
your quilt
top. Backing must be prepared and ready for the quilt
machine. Bleached
or unbleached muslin can be purchased for backing from
Sew Bee It.
Additional fees may be applied for extra sewing. |

|
| Binding: |
|
Straight side binding will be applied by machine to
the front
of the quilt. Please include 1 yard of fabric or have
your backing 8
inches larger all around to be used for binding. |

|
|
| Quilting & Basting: |
|
I do edge to edge (pantograph’s), stippling,
outline quilting, custom quilting and basting. Please
see list for different
pantograph’s available. |

|
|
| Shipping Charges: |
|
$10.00 for the first quilt & $5.00 each additional
quilt shipped in the same box. |
| |
|
|
| Insurance: |
|
Insurance is included in the price of shipping for
up to
$100.00. Additional insurance can be purchased at an
additional fee. If
no one is home your quilt will be left at your front
door. If you prefer
to have someone sign for it, add an additional $3.00 to
your shipping
charges. |

|
| Payment: |
|
Full payment including shipping charges is to be
paid up
front. I except bank checks, money orders, and personal
checks. Make checks
payable to: Sew Bee It. A $30.00 bank fee will be
added to any and
all returned checks. |
