The Dolphin Village Business District lies between 46th Avenue on the south and what would be 49th Avenue (if there was one) on the north.  The western boundary is Gulf Blvd.  The Eastern boundary is Mirabella on the southern half of the property and Boca Ciega Bay on the northern half.   Streets include........well.....the parking lot.
