The Upham Beach neighborhood lies between 64th and 72nd Avenues.  East-west boundaries are the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Ciega Bay.   Neighborhood streets include Beach Plaza, Sunset Way, Coquina Way, Blind Pass Rd, Gulf Winds Dr, Bay St, Boca Ciega Dr and 64th through 72nd Ave.
