McPhearson Bayou
Just north of the Bayway at the toll booth

Good wade fishing here, but parking is limited.
You can sometimes find a spot to park at the western end of the bridge

Pinellas Bayway South
Just before the Tierra Verde draw bridge

The shallow waters both east and west of the causeway
make this spot ideal for wade fishing.
Plenty of free parking

Wade Fishing
There are two good places to go wade fishing in the immediate area. One is McPhearson Bayou, located just north of the Bayway at the western end of the bridge. Parking is limited at best. The other is along the causeway between Isla del Sol and Tierra Verde, just before the draw bridge. Good fishing on both sides of the causeway and plenty of free parking too.
